![]() ![]() Once I exit Pro Tools and open it back up and create a new blank session, I do the exact same steps to import an audio file, File -> Import -> Audio. On the initial startup and first session, it allows me to import an mp3 audio file and it converts and processes the file without issue. ![]() As this is a new computer that I purchased specifically for recording and it had nothing else on it, I even did a complete system recovery twice so that it was recovered back to the factory image and reinstalled Pro Tools and a few other programs. I have uninstalled Pro Tools and installed it again about 3 times. I am unable to import any mp3 audio files into sessions in Pro Tools LE 8.0.4. 1 drive installed, Local Disk, NTFS formatted, 918 GB capacity, used for record and playback ![]()
